What does $120,000,000 look like in the local community?
The mission of The Thunderbirds, hosts of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, is to support charities throughout The Valley of the Sun. With a historic milestone of $120 million donated, the impact can be seen across Arizona. The 2015 campaign focused on individuals in separate charites and how the impact of The Thunderbirds has been a blessing to each one.

WE PROVIDED an overall creative direction that began with breaking the mold of showing The Thunderbirds in their tunics in front of checks and got into the community to show the value of the generous giving. Then in the community, we showed the charities along with the Thunderbirds doing their work helping and supporting selected charities. With that idea, we developed and provided strong photo briefs for the photographers, and art directed them as well as the overall layout of the ad campaign.

The 2016 campaign has been refreshed each year with new photography and updated copy since it has been received well and effectively allows our message of community impact to take the lead in print advertising.
