Waste Management Phoenix Open
The Waste Management Phoenix Open is the most attended golf tournament in the world. With over lots separate ticketed locations, each year had to be rethought in order to bring the best show onto grass. Responsible for all ticket designs, ticket functionality, photography direction and management, app development, social media, and local and national ad campaigns.
With well over a half million people who attend the tournament and alone on Saturday where there's over 200,000 golf fans, there is a lot to consider with ticket design. Each ticket has to be easily recognizable in every location, all the days of the week colors have to be completely separate to avoid confusion, security measures on the tickets new solution has to be implemented every year to keep counterfeiters guessing, and it has to be done in a green and environmentally friendly way.
An event of this scale calls for a national audience. We created lots of ads that spread across Arizona as well as in national publications.
